Hello! I love all the information you share. I have been dreaming with an partner I had 20 years ago and it has been happening every night for the last 4 months. The dreams are not about sex but this person is always there and It’s starting to make me feel crazy. I haven’t been able to have lucid dreams and have no clue on what this means. Thank you Mark. I always think that if no visible progress is happening, it’s good to shake things up and try some different practices. There are loads in the book you have, but you may also like to try Llewellyn’s Complete Book of Lucid Dreaming, it’s available as an audio book and people find listening while they fall asleep, or as part of a WBTB exercise, can result in a lucid dream.
Also I highly recommend naps!

Thanks as always for the wonderful dream insights Clare. I wish to ask what the best lucid dreaming exercises for me might be at this point in my journey. I’ve read The Art of Lucid Dreaming and I’ve been working on Lucidity Programme 2 that most closely describes my Sleeper/Dreamer type. It has been 6 months or more since starting my efforts to become lucid but still no success at this point. I’m journaling and meditating and doing daily reality exercises but would appreciate your wisdom on what to focus on to reenergize my effort. Thanks so much for any guidance you might give me.
