In the last several weeks I have had two intensional healing dreams. My focus was on my lower back with emphasis placed on QL muscle. In the first dream I actually saw the muscle rolling in to strengthen lower back. Woke up with no pain in back. Last night I proposed the same intension for hips but this time a finger went into my body right below my ribs to heal my heart..I had some pain there in left side. Then my neck was worked on for a good while. When I woke up I could feel the difference. Perhaps my neck is causing low back/hip pain?? It was so vivid and clear I could feel the difference. Thank you for the place here to share this. I am going to continue to do this lucid.

Hi Mary,
keep trying, using different techniques. There are examples in The Art of Lucid Dreaming. You could beam healing light onto it or jump into a healing pool of water, or ask for healing when you get lucid. The intention to heal must be strong, and the belief that it is possible.

I’ve had a very nuanced cognitive problem for the past several years that has evaded any kind of meaningful diagnosis or treatment. Not really appropriate to refer to it as a ‘mental’ thing as it involves moment-by-moment miscommunication between parts of the brain, so more of a body issue at the end of the day. I’m going to attempt to gain lucidity to gain answers and am going to do everything I can to try to heal myself within the dream.
